Refund and Returns Policy
At So Real Gems and Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase.
Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, estate finds, or unique gemstones, we kindly ask that you review our policies carefully before completing your order.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original, unworn condition
- Free from damage, alteration, or signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging
To request a return:
Please contact us at: hello@sorealgemsandjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must include your order number and a brief description of the reason for return.
Items must be shipped back to us within 5 days of return approval.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
We do not offer cash or card refunds.
Approved returns will be issued as a store credit to be used toward any future purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our offerings, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:
- Custom orders or custom-sized jewelry
- Resized or altered pieces
- Estate jewelry
- Sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work quickly to make it right, either by replacement (if possible) or store credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
After 24 hours, all sales are considered final.
